Email us from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my HireYT account". We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.

If you are a candidate

Your profile may have been created by a staffing agency that uses HireYT. You can ask that agency to delete your record, or email us and we will pass the request to them and delete your HireYT login.

If you are part of an agency's team

Your workspace administrator can remove your user (Users → open the user → Delete forever) in the app or on the website, or you can email us.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account (name, email, phone, password hash, two-factor settings) and saved-account tokens on your devices.
Your profile, documents and portal activity (for candidates), unless the agency you work with must keep them for its own legal obligations.

What may be kept

Security and audit logs, for up to 12 months.
Records a staffing agency is legally required to keep (for example placement, timesheet or invoice records), for as long as that agency requires.
