HireYT is a recruiting and applicant-tracking platform operated by NowForceAI ("we", "us"). Staffing agencies and consultancies ("Customers") use HireYT to manage candidates, jobs, submittals, interviews, offers and placements. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.
1. Who is responsible for your data
For information a Customer adds about candidates, contacts and its own staff, the Customer is the controller and HireYT processes that information on the Customer's behalf and under its instructions. For account and usage information about people who sign in to HireYT, we are responsible for handling it as described here.

The Android app does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone or files, does not use advertising identifiers, and contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
3. How we use information
- To provide the service: sign you in, show and update recruiting records, send messages and notifications you or your team trigger.
- To keep accounts secure: authentication, two-factor verification, fraud and abuse prevention, audit logs.
- To support Customers and fix problems, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Sharing
Information is visible to authorized users of the Customer workspace it belongs to. Candidate information may be shared with other workspaces only when the Customer or candidate chooses to (for example, publishing to the HireYT Marketplace or approving an access request). We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) who process data for us under contract. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, sign-in cookies are httpOnly, and each Customer's data is isolated to its own workspace. Saved-account tokens on a device are stored only as hashes on our servers and stop working if the account's password changes, the account is removed from the device, or after 60 days.
6. Retention and deletion
Customers decide how long their recruiting records are kept and can delete records at any time. Account and log data is kept while an account is active and for a limited period afterwards for security and legal purposes. 7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. If your information was added by a staffing agency, contact that agency first — we will help them respond. You can also contact us directly using the details below.
8. Children
HireYT is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date above.
